Super LMS Support
Super LMS is the app Double O Contracting drivers use to post their load tickets: take a photo of the ticket, check the ticket number and tons the app reads, and tap Send. Office staff use it to follow the day's loads and orders.
The app is only for Double O Contracting drivers and office staff. Accounts are given out by our office.
Getting started
- Log in with the same username and password you use on the LMS website.
- Tap Allow for notifications, so you get ticket reminders and office messages.
- Each morning, pick the truck you're driving.
Common questions
- Forgot your password or locked out? Call the office; we'll reset it.
- No signal? Take the ticket photo anyway. The app sends it by itself when you have signal again.
- The app read a number wrong? Fix it before you tap Send. If you already sent it, open the load and change it the same day, or call the office.
- Lost or new phone? Call the office so we can log the old phone out.
