Privacy Policy

Super LMS is the work app of Double O Contracting LLC ("we", "us"), a dump truck hauling company in New Jersey. It is for our drivers and office staff only. Accounts are created by our office; there is no public sign-up. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and who it is shared with.
What we collect
- Account: your name, username and password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form), and whether you are a driver or office staff.
- Your profile (what you choose to fill in): phone number, address, emergency contact, CDL number, state, class and expiration date, DOT medical card expiration date, photos of your CDL and medical card, and a profile photo.
- Work records: the load tickets you post (photo of the ticket, ticket number, tons, pickup, dropoff, material, truck, date and time), the truck you drive each day, and which office messages you have seen.
- Location: only if you allow it, your phone's location is used to show the weather where you are. Our server rounds it to about 1 km before getting the forecast, and we don't keep a history of your phone's location (other than short-lived technical server logs). If you don't allow it, the app shows the weather at our yard. (Truck GPS comes from our fleet tracking system in the trucks, not from this app.)
- Device: your phone's model name, the app version, the notification token your phone gives us, and when the app last connected.
- Camera and photos: only the photos you take or pick in the app (tickets, profile, CDL, medical card).
How we use it
- To record loads for billing our customers and paying drivers.
- To read the ticket photo for you, so you only check the numbers and tap Send.
- To send work notifications, like a reminder to post a ticket or a message from the office.
- To remind you before your CDL or DOT medical card expires.
- To show the weather.
We don't sell your information, we don't show ads, and we don't track you across other apps or websites. The app has no advertising or analytics tools.
Who we share it with
Only these service providers, and only what they need to do their job for us:
- Anthropic (Claude AI): ticket photos are sent to Claude to read the ticket number, weights and material. Office staff's questions in "Ask LMS" are answered by Claude. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, this data is not used to train its AI models.
- Apple and Google: the notification token and the text of a notification, so Apple Push Notification service (iPhone) or Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android) can deliver it to your phone.
- National Weather Service: the rounded location (about 1 km) to get the forecast. No name or account information is sent.
- Our customers and the plants we haul for: load records (ticket numbers, tons, trucks, dates) as part of normal billing.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
How we keep it
Your information is kept on our company server in the United States and travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Photos of IDs and medical cards are only shown to you and our office staff. Work records are kept as long as we need them for billing, payroll, taxes and transportation rules. Profile information is kept while you work with us and as long as the law requires after that.
Your choices
- You can change your profile information in the app (My profile).
- You can turn off location or notifications at any time in your phone's Settings. The app still works.
- You can ask our office to see, correct or delete your information. Some work records (loads, tickets) must be kept by law.
- Accounts are company accounts. When you stop working with us, the office turns off your account. Ask the office if you want your profile information and photos deleted.
Children
Super LMS is a work app for adult employees and is not meant for children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
